[Brad] I added a link to CBRFC's monthly webinars that start in January. I find these webinars very useful if one is interested in more details on the forecast including recent weather that has influenced the forecast.

[Jeff] Agree this is a good addition to the page; I moved the entry up under "Data and tools", since it is another means by which CBRFC disseminates operational forecasts, as opposed to a freestanding informational resource ("Additional resources").
